These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding agreement between Chandrabhan Singh Dhakad (operating as Asha Web Tech, "Service Provider") and any individual or organisation ("Client") engaging our freelance web development and digital services. Engaging our services implies full acceptance of these terms.
We provide the following services as agreed upon in the project proposal or work order:

Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, UPI, Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal, and other methods mutually agreed upon. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. International clients may be invoiced in USD.
Note: Delays in payment may result in project delays. Work may be paused if payment is not received within 7 days of a milestone being reached.

Delays caused by the client's failure to meet these responsibilities may extend the project timeline without any penalty on the Service Provider.
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as stated in the proposal (typically 2–3 rounds of minor revisions per milestone). Revisions are limited to corrections and refinements within the agreed scope.
Additional revisions, scope additions, or feature changes beyond the agreed scope will be quoted separately and charged accordingly.
Upon receipt of full and final payment:
Prior to full payment, all work remains the intellectual property of Chandrabhan Singh Dhakad.
We treat all client information, business data, credentials, and project details as strictly confidential. We will not disclose any client-specific information to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.
Project delivery timelines are estimates provided in good faith. Factors such as client response delays, scope changes, or unforeseen technical challenges may affect timelines. We will communicate any delays proactively.
Final deployment to the client's live server requires the client to provide hosting access. We are not responsible for hosting-related issues, domain configurations, or third-party service outages post-deployment.
We provide a bug-fix warranty period of 15 days from the date of final delivery for issues directly arising from our development work. This does not cover:
Ongoing maintenance, support retainers, or extended SLA agreements are available as separate paid engagements.
Our total liability to the client in connection with any project shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for that specific project. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages including loss of business, data loss, or lost profits arising from the use of the delivered work.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or project engagements shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.
