Refund & Return Policy

This Refund & Return Policy applies to all services rendered by Chandrabhan Singh Dhakad (operating as Asha Web Tech). As we provide custom digital services — not physical products — our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent to both parties. Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services.

1 Nature of Our Services

We provide custom digital services including website development, mobile app development, e-commerce solutions, SaaS platforms, API integrations, and digital marketing. Because every project involves dedicated time, expertise, and resources allocated specifically to the client, our refund policy is structured accordingly.

Unlike physical goods, digital services cannot be "returned" once delivered. The value is delivered in the form of code, design, development time, and intellectual effort.

2 Advance Payment

All projects require an advance payment before work begins. The advance payment:

  • Confirms the client's commitment to the project
  • Covers initial planning, research, design mockups, and project setup time
  • Is non-refundable once work has commenced

Important: If a client cancels a project after paying the advance but before any work has started (within 24 hours of payment), a full refund may be considered at our discretion.

3 Milestone Payments

Projects are broken into milestones with payments tied to deliverables:

  • Milestone payments are due upon completion of the agreed deliverables for that stage
  • Once a milestone is approved by the client (verbally, in writing, or via acceptance of the deliverable), the corresponding payment is non-refundable
  • If a client is dissatisfied with a milestone, they must raise concerns before approving it — revisions will be offered within the agreed scope

4 Final Payment & Delivery

Final payment is due before the final deliverable (completed website, app, or source code) is handed over. Once the final payment is received and the project is delivered:

  • No refunds will be issued for the delivered work
  • Bug fixes within the 15-day warranty period will be addressed at no additional cost
  • Any new feature requests or scope changes are separate engagements

5 Eligible Refund Scenarios

A partial or full refund may be considered only in the following circumstances:

We are unable to deliver the agreed project due to circumstances entirely within our control (e.g., technical incapacity, service discontinuation)

A duplicate payment has been made by the client in error

The project has not yet commenced and the client requests cancellation within 24 hours of the advance payment

In all eligible refund cases, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.

6 Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind or change in business direction after work has commenced
  • Dissatisfaction with delivered work that meets the agreed specifications
  • Delays caused by the client (e.g., late provision of content, credentials, or feedback)
  • Third-party service issues (hosting outages, API failures, payment gateway downtime)
  • Any work that has already been approved by the client at a milestone stage
  • Digital Marketing campaign spends (ad budgets spent on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads) once campaigns are live

We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and professionally. Most concerns can be addressed through open communication and revision rounds. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter shall be escalated per our Terms & Conditions.
